Eamon has extensive technical and legal experience in the Electrical, Computer, Mechanical, and Chemical Arts, including: optical and wireless networking, optical devices/materials, RADAR/LIDAR, RF processing, 5G/IoT systems/devices, ML/AI and related, quantum computing/storage, encryption/security, medical devices/systems, test and measurement devices/systems, telecom/network architecture/management, content management/delivery, video processing/compression, EPG/UI, 3D printing, nanotechnology, meta materials, computer software/hardware and related products, signal processing and conditioning circuitry, semiconductor equipment/processing/devices, industrial machines, power conversion/generation, solar generation/distribution, chemical processing, energetics, and various other technical areas.
Prior to joining Meagher Emanuel, Eamon was Founding Partner of Wall & Tong, LLP, Managing Partner at Patterson & Sheridan, LLP, Patent
Counsel for General Electric Corporation’s RCA licensing operation, and Electrical Design Engineer with Electronic Measurements, Inc.
(now TDK-Lambda).
Eamon has been a Guest Lecturer / Speaker at various Universities and Industry/Trade/Professional Association Meetings, and is active in legal, technical, business, and charitable organizations.
Eamon received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Monmouth University.
Eamon is admitted to practice law before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, State Bars
of New Jersey and New York, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
